Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1-5 business days (Monday–Friday). We will always try to be on the earlier end of that range. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:
We offer a variety of shipping options to ensure you get your order as quickly as possible:
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): $5.00 flat rate
- Free Shipping on orders over $100
- Expedited Shipping is available, but based on package weight/size.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, or other unforeseen factors.
Order Confirmation & Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package’s journey. If you haven't received your tracking number, please check your spam or junk folder just in case. If it’s still missing, feel free to reach out to us at thehillcoastalco@gmail.com
International Shipping:
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
Damaged or Lost Packages:
We take great care in packaging your items, but once your order leaves our hands and is with the carrier, we can’t be responsible for any damages, delays, or lost packages. Please double-check your shipping address and keep an eye on your tracking number for delivery updates. If your package is lost or damaged, please reach out to the carrier directly for assistance, or contact us if you need help navigating the process.
Address Issues:
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot make changes to an order once it's been shipped, and any incorrectly entered addresses may result in delayed or returned shipments. If you spot an error, please contact us ASAP, and we’ll do our best to assist you before your package is shipped.
